The last of the bye week’s has approached us and it’s a good one. Hopefully you will have all your studs back next week in time to make a playoff run.

Must Starts

CJ Spiller v.s Mia – It is Spiller time again in Buffalo and Fantasy owners should love it. Spiller has a pretty good matchup this week against Miami. Who are fresh off CJ2K running all over there defense. Spiller is a Top 5 play this week and is a must start for all owners.

Jeremy Maclin v.s Was – Maclin got knocked out of the game in the 1st quarter against the Cowboys. But came back in and totaled 12 targets, 8 catches and a 44 yard TD reception from Foles. I think he will benefit more with Foles at QB. Be cautious and monitor his health. But he should be good to go and have a monster game against a weak Redskins secondary.

Steven Jackson v.s NYJ – Jackson had his 1st 100 yard rushing game last week. Coming against one of the best run defenses in football the 49ers. It was also the first time since week 1 he had over 20 carries as well. The Jets run D has been really bad this year. So Jackson shouldn’t have a problem having another good week.

Andrew Luck v.s NE – Luck has been pretty darn good this year. This week he gets a NE defense who has given up 4 – 300 yard passers this year. He should have no problem shredding a pretty bad NE secondary. I think he is a easy top 10, maybe top 5 Fantasy QB this week.

Brandon Lloyd v.s Ind – This one is really on a whim here. Cecil Shorts and Laurent Robinson had a field day last week against the Indy secondary. So I think he should have no problem getting his this week.

Must Sit

Frank Gore v.s Chi – I know he is a stud RB, but with the injury to Smith and the facing a good Bears run D. It could be a very tough week for him this week. I look for the Bears to stack the box this week. Forcing the 49ers to try to beat them with the passing game. If you have two better options. Start them and throw Gore on the bench for the week.

Mike Wallace v.s Bal – He had I believe one target in the 2nd half with Leftwich at QB. I think this week won’t be much better for him either. I think he will have a tough outing this week.

Reggie Bush v.s Buf – I know he faces one of the worst run defenses in all of football this week. But after his benching this past week due to fumbling, I think Daniel Thomas is going to see a nice set of carries. Splitting carries hurts his value a lot, not sure I would start him this week.

Mark Ingram v.s Oak – This is a bit of a favorable matchup for him. But I just don’t trust this running game at all. I think Ivory is going to get more carries this week. With that being said, Ingram’s fantasy value is really slim at best.

Phillip Rivers v.s Den – Denver defense has been really good as of late. Cam Newton becoming the latest victim this past weekend. 12 Sacks, 3 INT’s, 2 FF’s & 3 def/st TD’s in the last 2 games. Rivers may have to start for some of you based on injuries this week. But if you there are better options find one. Could be a really rough week for Rivers.
