NBA daily fantasy on Friday night is one of my favorite things mainly because the day off Thursday gives me some rest. I’m back and ready to go heavy with some action on Friday Night. Don’t forget to check out some of our links on the site and give us some support to keep these daily articles coming at you! That’s my cheap plug for the day and now it’s time to discuss some plays.

THE ELITE STUDS

Steph Curry – A guy with his ceiling is always in play for daily fantasy.

Kevin Love – He’s coming off a fantasy game where he only put up 31 fantasy points. I expect him to bounce back in a big way.

Lebron James – The Heat are coming off a Thursday night game where Wade was active. If Wade is sitting out on Friday then I like Lebron a lot.

Demarcus Cousins – The Magic are without their top rebounder and Cousins should have no problem making easy work of them in this match up.

NOW ONTO THE REST OF THE PLAYS

Michael Carter Williams better known to the daily fantasy world as MCW has some game logs that are all over the board. He’s showed some huge upside this year and I can’t think of a better game to take advantage of that opportunity than against a Pistons team that has been the worst against the point guard in the last 10 games.

Brandon Jennings is on the flip side of the 76ers Pistons game and teams have been putting up a ton of points against the 76ers. Jennings could be a really nice play on Friday if he gets his normal over 30 minutes and can put up some where around 15 shots like he has in the past.

Joakim Noah wasn’t good to start the season, but lately he’s been excellent. Noah is going to play over 30 minutes in this one and is averaging 32 fantasy points per game. Noah took 15 shots last game with Deng gone and should only continue to have to do that which adds more value to him. He’s a double double for sure against the Bucks.

Pau Gasol hasn’t let me down since this column has been coming out and I’m going right back to him on Friday night.

David Lee has been a stud as of late and gets a match up with a Boston front court that is not going to be able to stop him. Lee is shooting almost 55% at home this year and should be more than happy to be back at home after a 7 game road trip.

Jimmy Butler is going to be play close to 40 minutes in this game and is a lock for over 25 fantasy points in my opinion. If Butler’s price is decent on a site you are playing on I really like him now as he’s going to have to take a few more shots for the Bulls as well with Deng gone.

AND THE VALUE GUYS TO FIT THE STUDS

Trey Burke is a guy I may target in a few games on Friday just depending on the price I can get him at. Kyrie Irving isn’t a threat when it comes to play defense and Burke has been better at home this year. The minutes are there when choosing Burke as well as he’s went over 35 minutes in 5 of the last 7.

Jamal Crawford was in this same article on Wednesday and he did not disappoint me. I expect him to have another huge game on Friday against a Lakers team that has struggled to stop other teams SG all season. Crawford should see a ton of minutes and has gone over 30 fantasy points in each of the last two games.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope better known as KCP is a pretty risky value, but he’s getting over 27 minutes in each of the last 4 games with Stuckey out. If Stuckey is out again and we know KCP will get playing time then I’m firing him up against the 76ers.

Wesley Johnson and Jodie Meeks are playing a ton of minutes for the Lakers right now and are priced pretty reasonable on most sites. If you want some cheap plays that you know are going to have to play most of the game then fire them up.

Pero Antic is so cheap right now and playing a little over 20 minutes a game. He’s been over 20 fantasy points and minutes in 3 of the last 4 games. He a nice value to get some of the more expensive players.

NOTES

I wrote about two different Pistons player, but I honestly couldn’t argue with any of the Pistons as good plays against the 76ers. Their opponents have been fantasy gold all year.
