We have got ourselves some key stars out this week, so those of you who are without a Top star. This should give you a helping hand with this week’s Start/Sit.
Must Start
T.Y. Hilton v.s Jax – Hilton had a very nice week last week against the Dolphins. 11 targets with 6 catches for 102 yards and a TD. Hilton 2nd 100 yard receiving game of the year(1st coming against Jax). With Avery looking like he is out for this week, Hilton should have a very nice game this week.
Brandon Myers v.s Balt – Myers finally reached the endzone last week and did so in fashion. Hauled in 8 catches and found the end zone twice. Palmer definitely likes to target him in this offense. Look for him to have another good week this week.
Stevan Ridley v.s Buf – Bills among the league worst in giving up yards. Last time these two teams played the Patriots had 247 yards rushing. Ridley accounted for 107 of those yards, notching 2 TD’s as well. He is a potential Top 5 RB option this week and a Must Start this week.
Brian Hartline v.s TN – After being quiet the 2 weeks prior, Hartline busted out with a 8 catch 107 yard game against the Colts. The Titans are giving up a solid 21 points a game to WR’s. Hartline with the great matchup should work well as a WR2 or Flex Option this week.
Mikel LeShoure v.s Min – The Vikings run D was pretty impressive over the first 5 weeks. Since then they have given up an average of 130 yards a game on the ground. LeShoure coming off a 3 TD game last week. Should be in line for another good Fantasy week.
Must Sits
Jamaal Charles v.s Pitt – oh how the mighty have fallen. Charles has been pretty bad the last few weeks. 29 carries for 83 yards in the last 3 weeks. This week he faces a Steelers defense that has only given up only one total 100 yard rushing game. So I don’t expect Charles to fair that good against them either.
Cam Newton v.s Den – Denver’s defense just might be for real. QB’s are averaging only 220 yards passing against them. I also think the Broncos has the right D to contain his rushing attack as well. There are plenty of other options out I like better this week.(Wilson, Fitzpatrick & Vick)
Fred Jackson v.s NE – Both he & Spiller were not 100% last time they played NE. But I really don’t like either of them this week. If you are in a PPR they both have much more value. But if not I think you have to look elsewhere this week. Patriots D has been pretty good against the run this year. Also think they will be playing from behind pretty early in this as well.
Felix Jones v.s Phi – He has made 3 straight starts at the RB position for the Cowboys. He has yet to top 50 yards in any of the games. Scoring in only one of the 3 games so far. He might be of some use in a PPR situation if you are desperate. But I feel so many better options out there than him.
Falcons D v.s NO – The Falcons D has been pretty consistent all year. Having recorded 3 sacks in 6 of their 8 games. But the Saints are finding their Mojo right now. I feel this will be a high scoring affair this week. So I feel they are better left on the bench this week.
