Week 13 Must Start/Must Sit …….

This could be a swing game for most of you this weekend, whether or not you make the playoffs. So good luck to all of you out there and I hope this helps you out.

Must Start

Chris Johnson v.s Hou – CJ has 80+ yards in each of his last 6 games. Johnson broke out of his early season slump against the Texans going for 141 yards on the ground. Yes a lot of those yards were on garbage time. But if you are a Fantasy owner, who really cares right? Look for him to have another good game this weekend against the Texans.

Owen Daniels v.s TN – One of the game’s best TE’s taking on one of the worst teams at defending the position. 8+ targets in his last four games and has touchdowns in 3 out of his last 4 games. Should be a top TE option for week 13.

Stevan Ridley v.s Mia – The Dolphins Run D have given up 96+ yards on the ground to teams over the last 6 weeks. Ridley has been tearing it up as of late with a touchdown in each of the last 4 games. Look for him to have another good week before back to back tough matchups.

Brian Hartline v.s NE – Hartline has been an on again and off again WR this year. But I think this week in a game which they could be playing from behind all game. He should see plenty of targets this week. Which should result into him getting some solid production.

Andy Dalton v.s SD – I really like the Red Rifle and this team a lot. They have a ton of talent on the offense side of the ball. Look for him to make it 4 games in a row with multiple touchdowns against the Chargers.

Knowshon Moreno v.s TB – Much to the surprise to just about everyone, Moreno got the start last week. Looked pretty good as well going for 85 yards on 20 carries. He has another nice matchup against the Bucs this week. Look for him to have another solid game this week.

Must Sit

Carson Palmer v.s Cle – Palmer has been trending down as of late. He has a tough matchup this week in the Browns. Whose defense has stepped up the last few weeks. They have forced 9 turnovers and have 8 sacks in there last two games. I look for them to pressure Palmer this week. I would look for other options at QB this week.

Green Bay RB’s v.s Min – I really don’t like Starks or Green at all. Fantasy owners should not either. There are plenty of other option that could be had than worrying about hoping for points from these guys.

Mike Wallace v.s Balt – Wow is this a true sad story of such a great WR. 22 Targets over the last 3 weeks totaling 8 catches for 47 yards and a TD(a fumble as well). Charlie Batch couldn’t get the ball anywhere near him last week. Even if somehow Big Ben plays this week find other options at WR.

Vincent Jackson v.s Den – In 12 meetings against the Broncos, Jackson has yet to get over a 100 yards. On top of that has been held to under 56 yards in 7 of those meetings. He will be shadowed by one of the best in Champ Bailey again this weekend. I know he is a stud, but with the Playoffs on the line. You might want to look elsewhere for a WR.

Fred Jackson v.s Jax – He had only 7 total touches in week 12 and didn’t produce much with them. Gailey came out and said that it would be a 60/40 split and Fjax getting the Goal-line carries. But I am not sure I would trust that. Spiller has had the hot hand and I look for him to continue to get the ball over him.
